New SpaRituals! Truth Collection: Reveal Yourself Swatches & Comps

Happy Groundhog Day!  Has that movie been on TV nonstop for the past three days in your area as well?

I'm a little down today, so I'm gonna keep the incessant chatter to a minimum.  I went out and hauled a bit the other day, and got some new pretties... even though there's still all that stuff I'm waiting on in the mail - urrgh.  Today's mail brought me Maybelline Blazes Of Blue though - yay!  Although is this a flaky?  It looks like a plain ol' glitter to me, but I've been told it's a flaky....

So anyway, part of my haul yesterday was a new SpaRitual collection, called simply "Truth" (not to be confused with the Zoya collection of the same name.)  I love SpaRitual polishes (made by the same company as Orly) - the formula is great and the wear is amazing, almost as good as Essie.  Their cremes are amazing and this collection is all cremes :)

L-R: Circle of Life (oooh! pretty!), Face Of Destiny, Enlightened Soul, Eye Of the Beholder, Knowledge Is Power, and Reveal Yourself.  The minis are pretty good - 5 mL isn't a bad size, and for some reason my beauty supply stocks more mini SRs than it does full-size :-/  so I make do with them.

This is an incomplete post for two reasons: one, I do not have pics of the rest of my haul, and two, I did not manage to swatch all of these SpaRituals :-/  I did get pics of Reveal Yourself; however, when I put it on I thought it looked so similar to a bunch of light pinks I already own that I had to do a comparison.  And then the sun went down :(  So this is all I have.

SpaRitual Reveal Yourself (indoors).  A light baby pink creme, cool-toned and leaning blue.
Outdoors.  It's pretty and I like it, but other than neons, opaque baby pinks like this are my favorite kind of pinks :)  Application was awesome - SpaRituals apply really well, and this was very opaque.  This is two coats here - one was a tad streaky, and two smoothed everything out.  It may look a bit brushstrokey, but the marks disappear once dry.  Drying time is better than average, I'd say - my SR hand was dry a few minutes before my comp hand.

It looks soooo similar to others I own (or so I thought).  The first one that came to mind was OPI's Mod About You, but I think I gave this away to my sister (what is wrong with me...?) so I didn't have that one on hand to swatch (I always end up giving away polishes that I can easily obtain... I'll have to swap for this one or pick it up next time I'm at the beauty supply... I actually meant to pick it up when I hauled yesterday, but forgot..)

So these are the ones I used for the comparison:
L-R: Maybelline Bubble Pink, Color Club Vintage Couture, China Glaze Something Sweet, SR Reveal Yourself and NYC 108A (I got this in the US a looooong time ago - I dunno if it's even still available.  I know that's lame.  Sorry.)

Pinky to thumb: (I know they're reversed in order from the pic above but just ignore that - I wasn't gonna retake the pic :p) NYC 108A, SR Reveal Yourself, ChG Something Sweet, CC Vintage Couture and Maybelline Bubble Pink.  The NYC isn't even close - too dark.  Something Sweet is paler and more muted, and Bubble Pink is more yellow-toned, and both these two and Vintage Couture are all warmer in tone than RY - RY is the coolest out of the lot.  Overall I'd have to say Vintage Couture is pretty close, although they're not exact dupes.  And the SpaRitual had the best application and wear out of all of them :)  I've had it on for more than 24 hours and there's no chips or visible tipwear at all.

Sorry I don't have Mod About You to compare...  I promise I will do swatches of the rest of these, though.  I really want to.  Even if you just get crappy-lit, not-the-most-accurate indoor photos (I need an Ott light... soon... badly).  I took nail wheel swatches.  Wanna see my nail wheel swatches?  Yeah, I thought not  :p

So I'll be back later with more of these.  Promise.

Summery NsOTD That I Took Before My Camera Died - Because I Need To Post Something :S Part One: Pinks, Corals and Konad

I feel bad about not putting anything up for the past little while, although I know no one's exactly all broken up about it but me.... but what the hell - this is supposed to be at least an excuse for a blog, so I'll act like a blogger and post already.

Hmmm.... more like act like a Blogger and STOP WORKING already..... why can't I upload some of my pics?!?!  Okay, it seems to only want to let me upload a certain amount right now and the rest are all just little annoying red x's, so looks like this post is going to be broken up into bits again.  I'm destructive like that.  Also, I have nothing to do today  :p  Literally.

So I shall start off with something simple...

This is Maybelline Coral Cabana, from the Salsa Sun collection.  Pretty standard coral creme.  I was looking for a dupe to MAC Scorcher, since I don't wanna pay so much for a colour that doesn't seem all that unique...
Needless to say, this was not it.  Not even remotely close.  I don't think I left this on for very long...

This is a Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Mango Motion.  It's a salmon pink creme.  I like these Insta-Dris a lot more than most people, I think - I LOVE the opaqueness of the cremes, and the formula does dry super-quick on most of them.  It's the wide, flat brush that people hate the most (along with the flat, rectangular brush handle that's hard to wipe off and always seems to have globs of polish dripping down it - yeah, it's kind of annoying...), but I can deal with it.  That said, I didn't really care for this particular colour on me at all.  I'll probably reserve it for konading.  It's from what I believe is the newest collection of Insta-Dris - all pastel cremes.  I'll take a pic of the ones I have from it - I say I believe it's the newest collection because, well, I'm in Canada, and our new is everyone else's six months ago  :p

Next, this is CM Hot Spring:

I looooved this one, about a thousand times more than I thought I would.  It was only about a dollar, too :)  Yay frugality!  Indoor pic:

It's a bright pink shimmer with a gold flash.  I HATE pink shimmers, unless it's something pretty like CC Electro Candy.  This definitely qualifies as pretty.  It comes out looking much more peachy on the nails than in the bottle...

Here's the bottle:

Sid, admiring it through the window:
Oh, the poor, opressed life of a spoiled indoor kitteh...  :p

But yes - I really like CM Hot Spring.  I thought it looked pretty good on me :)  And you can't beat that price.

Last (for right now) I have some nail art fun!  I was bored one afternoon, and decided to play around with striping different colours on as a base and then stamping overtop...  You might have seen this type of look lately on sayanythingbr00ke's channel on Youtube, xsparkage's website, and about a billion other places, cuz, well, it looks so freakin cool and is relatively easy to do.  That said, I didn't copy the design exactly, more like did my own, not-as-cool interpretation of it, and my skills are nowhere near as good as either of theirs... that's why they are Youtube nail queens and I sit here blogging away in obscurity, lol.  I also saw a look like this on the nail board done with holos and the BM leaf pattern in black... the possibilities are endless.

Anyway, I got lots of compliments on this look :)  One girl at the checkout at Superstore was like, "Whoa! Your nails!"  I had already complimented her on the shiny blurple polish she was wearing (Joe Grape, she informed me, pointing to the cosmetics section :)

Left hand:

Right hand:
I used konad plate m64, and Color Club Where's The Soiree? to stamp.  For the base I used a whole whack of Color Club neons (and one Misa).

Here's the base, left hand:
Let's see if I can remember what colours I used here: Color Club Lazer Pink, Chelsea Girl, Misa A Sunny Smile Makes Me Go Wild, CC Warhol, Blue Light, Limelight, Rebel Debutante, Wham! Pow! and Puccilicious

Right hand:
I think I used all the same colours on both hands.  And as you can see, I wasn't going for a solid stripe pattern... more like random swipes of colour wherever I felt like it or could fit it.  More so on my left hand, though... with the right I was just trying to get each nail colorful without screwing it up, although the base doesn't have to be perfect at all...  This took forever, btw, and a lot more patience than I knew I had...  but the end result definitely got noticed!  I will probably be playing around with this look a lot more this summer, and I'll probably end up copying the actual "Lisa Frank" look that the Youtubers came up with above.... it's like an easy way to almost get that colourful, rainbowy marbled look without having to actually do a water marble.  Which I'm still gonna try one of these days soon...

Okay, that's all blogger will let me do for now  :p  I'll be back later with more, though, including my haul from last week :)

Quick HAUL from today!!

Just wanted to put this up there so I don't create a huge backlog of haul posts again.  Which, don't get me wrong, is fun and does give me a little jolt of glee to go through, but isn't really the best format as far as clarity and organization goes.  Ha! *snort*  If you've read more than one post of this blog, I'm sure you're surprised to find that both those words are even in my vocabulary :p

I'm still really sick by the way, but I had to go to the mall today to go see a doctor, and I felt well enough for about an hour to comb through the mall a bit.  This is a really really crappy pic, since I'm in bed and can't move about to get proper pics (not to mention it's like 4 am :s) but here's what I got at the mall today.  I know you can't see anything, and I'll post proper pics later, but I'll describe it all to you.

A whole whack of stuff.  :)

Top row:
  •  Revlon Cotton Candy and Bubble Gum (for a swap)
  • Some new kind of Voluminous mascara that I convinced myself to try (all I ever use is regular waterproof Voluminous, ever since I was 13 - it's my HG)
  • Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover, since Sally's is so far away and I can't get out there to get some Blue Cross.  I know you're all sick of seeing my disgusting ragged cuticles.  I plan on really trying to improve my pics.
Middle row:
  • Cover Girl City Lights (for frankening, I think - this is so similar to Fairy Dust.  People say they're different enough to own both, but I don't know if i agree...)
  • Sephora by OPI Sparkle Me Silver glitter topcoat.  I went into Sephora on a whim, and saw a whole "Nails" setup and display, where they were obviously doing a promo for their polishes earlier (which I missed - boo!  I have no idea what it actually was...), and what immediately caught my eye was an empty display stand labeled "Glitter topcoats".  there were five or so empty slots.  I got excited and went to the $OPI display stand, and saw they had the Sparkle Me Silver and Gold For Me topcoats!  Well, they didn't have any more Gold For Me left, but the tester looked strange - just like ChG Treasure Chest, except with Solar Flare-size hex glitter, and the gold is more beigey than TC.  It didn't immediately call to me, but if I see it next time I'm there I'm grabbing it.  Anyway, Sparkle Me Silver is medium-sized bar glitter in a clear base.  The bar glitter is larger than the AliSha one I got from the Dollar Giant, which is the closest polish I have to this... I know not everyone loves bar glitter, but I do.
  • The L'Oreal "North Fork" collection dupes!!  YAAAAAY!  I have been looking for these for a while!  I can't find the Essie North Fork collection anywhere, and these three are supposed exact dupes.  Which makes sense since Essie IS L'Oreal now.  This is Water's Edge, Ocean Breeze and High Tide, aka Greenport, Shelter Island, and Sag Harbour.  I'm wearing High Tide right now (and got Blondie stuck in my head, inevitably), and it's so gorgeous... if I owned the Essie it would instantly be one of my favorite Essies.  I'll still proabably pick up the Essies if I ever see them.  Yes, I'm stupid  :p  I hope these wear as well as Essies do... we shall see.
  • Two from the Maybelline Salsa Sun collection - which we just got in now.  Pathetic, no?  The only two I picked up were Coral Cabana and Summer Splash.  I'm really drawn to bright corals lately (even though I haven't worn my RBL Coral yet *hides*), and Summer Splash was a no-brainer... although it is reminding me of both OPI Ogre-The-Top Blue and ChG Shower Together/Aqua Baby.  Must go check bottles....
And the bottom row:
  • I went crazy with the Wet N Wild Craze polishes!  These are from the new summer collection - the one with the picture of the brightly coloured Skittle-looking candy on it :)  I was so excited to find these - I got every one in the display.  The two at the far left are two Nocturnals I plan to use for frankening (copying someone's Chanel Ciel De Nuit recipe - hells yes! wish me luck!  I still need to find a couple more of the polishes she used...) but then after that are the new ones.  L-R: Bora Bora (pink flakey shimmer), Cabana (orange shimmer w/ red and gold microglitter), Cozumel (sunny yellow flakey shimmer), Kauai (sky blue flakey shimmer - almost foil-looking...), Maui (bright blue creme), Aruba (medium pinky-purple creme - like $OPI Domestic Goddess?) and Barbados (purple flakey shimmer, with the same almost-foil finish as Kauai).  These are minis, too - the Nocturnals and the regular Craze line are all 10 mL, while these are 6.5 mL.  I know they're cheap, but that's pretty small...  I really don't care though.  I love these fun summer polishes.  I can't wait to swatch and review them all, since the best kind of lemmings are easily fulfilled, 99-cent lemmings  :)
I'll post later with pics of L'Oreal High Tide, and about my previous haul :)

Massive Haul Post, part deux

Yep.  I lied.  again.  I didn't post the next day.  I suck at this.  This being life.  I'm sorry.

Also, I want to let everyone know that I have an order from ocnailart coming with some konad plates and white, yellow and blue polish, and an order from Amazon with - yup, you guessed it - BundleMonster plates coming in!!!  And I'm very excited  :)  Hehe  :)  Just wanted to share that.  And yes, I am aware no one cares but me.

Also, can I say one thing?  Sally Hansen Hidden F*cking Treasure.  It's making me want to blow up every drugstore in the city and boycott the nail board forever.  Okay, not really, not at all actually, but what is with the freaking obsession?  It looks like Nfu-Oh 38 pretty much exactly, as well as the Maybelline Shimmer Girl that I also own.  It's just a basic flakie in a clear base.  People posting photos of it every two seconds with it layered over every polish ever made is fueling this massive frenzied nationwide search.  I do not get it.  I am so waiting until it finally comes to Canada, when nobody cares about it anymore, and just buying it then.  If I absolutely can't stand it, I'll try to swap for it, but I have a feeling I'll be able to stand it.  Jeez!

Okay, now that that's off my chest, on with it!  I'll try to keep my descriptions brief, cuz I'm fairly sure at this point that there's going to have to be a part three to this, as well  :p  This is pretty much everything I've bought in the past couple months.

So I'll start off by continuing my swap goodies.  This is Zoya Erika, Lindsay and South Beach Ice.  Thanks stellalooovesyou!  Erika is a pale pink with gold shimmer, Lindsay is a glass-fleck pink shimmer, and SBI is a mint glitter.

Pure Ices!  Yay!  I love this brand, and we can't get them in Canada, obviously.  And I don't ever waste time going into Walmarts when I'm in the US, because we have Walmarts at home that I can hate.  So I'm so glad I was able to swap for all the ones I want!  Thank you so much thekarend - she also included CC Wild At Heart, and the Essence Pool Party I instantly liked :)  L-R: French Kiss, Heartbreaker, Strapless, Busted and Once Again.  My notes: Strapless I got because it looks exactly like a dense blue Claire's glitter polish I had in 1996... I tried Heartbreaker over SH Grape Going, and it's not a RBL Scrangie dupe like I heard... French Kiss may be similar to Essie Mesmerize, although I hope not - must compare...

Milani holos - I can't remember the names.  One is Hi-Res and one is Hi-Def, and I can't recall which is which...

Now some stuff I got at the beauty supply:

More China Glaze holos now that I'm getting more konad plates :)  L-R: TTYL, FYI, LOL.

D/C'ed China Glazes.  My BS has a discounted/discontinued China Glaze section, and it is like CRACK - I can't get enough, I must compulsively comb through it for at least twenty minutes everytime I'm there.  And I get the urge to drop in all the time just to see what they have, as it changes all the time.  This particular time I found (l-r) Channelesque, Rainstorm, No Tan Lines and Vampy.  Notes: Vampy and Stroll look very, very similar to me... I heard Rainstorm is painfully, excruciatingly sheer.... like 9-coats-until-it-looks-decent-sheer.

Some OPIs - Midnight In Moscow, Royal Rajah Ruby and Breathe Life.  I wanted a deep shimmery vamp, and couldn't decide between MIM and RRR - so I got both :p  It's bad, I'm getting seriously addicted to OPIs as well - it's almost like I'm just starting to collect them now either because the colour's interesting or it's popular on blogs or MUA, regardless of whether I will ever realistically actually wear it  :p  Yeah.  Must get life.  I will wear these, though - and Breathe Life is very pretty, too, and goes to help fund lung cancer research, which might help all my smoker friends and boyfriend one day, so good for me.

More OPIs.  I didn't get these at the BS, but on sale at the salon where I found the Shreks.  L-R: RRR and MIM again, I don't know why I included them in this pic, but I did, so just deal with it, Brisbane Bronze, Malaga Wine (yes, I got the leopard print change purse, or whatever it was, with these - I gave it to my sister), Dutch Tulips (finally! lemming this for way too long), and The "It" Color.  This pic does not capture the colour of DT at all - it's a deep pinkish-red... or is it reddish-pink...?  I don't know.  Does anyone know?

What else did I get....

Dollar store haul!  LA Girl Disco Brites in Deejay, Disco Ball, Disco Inferno, Dance Studio and Turntable, another cheapo Billie in Electric Yellow and another cheapo Paris Couture with mint stars!  The Disco Brites are supposed to be black-light reflective.  Oooooh... the Marilyn Manson-listening, poetry-writing 13-year-old goth me is intrigued, but I unfortunately probably sold my blacklight at a garage sale sometime in my teens, so I have no way of testing that claim....

These are the new Joe Fresh polishes I got a Superstore.  Most of these (well, probably all) are going to thekarend - she is conducting my Zoya swapping business for me :) and these are to cover the $3.50/bottle charge.  L-R: Grape, Mint, Peacock, Powder Blue, Faded Violet, Fig and Prune.  They're all cremes except for Grape and Peacock, which are shimmers.  I also have another Mint, Peacock and Powder Blue that I'm keeping for myself.  I haven't tried these yet, but Peacock looks very similar to ChG Rodeo Fanatic to me...

And then, look what we finally got in Canada:

Yay.  More than two months after the States got them.  Such a buncha stupid bllsht, mutter mutter mutter...  Anyway, Pink Sophistication and Bubble Gum.  Yes.  My Maybelline Sweet collection now looks like this:

So pwetty!  I have all the ones I wanted - all except Sweet Clementine and Candy Coated.  L-R: Sweetie Pie, Minty, Pink Sophitication, Bubble Gum, Goody Plum Drop and Pie In The Sky.  Looking at this honestly makes me want candy, just like the Orly Sweets.  Then again I probably just want candy all the time.

Some Wet N Wilds - Blazed, Eggplant Frost and Sunny Side Up.  I'm looking everywhere for this new WnW Summer collection everyone on the NB is talking about, but like everything else, it'll probably arrive in Canada ten billion years after the fact...

And last for right now, the dreaded Insta-Dris - Uptempo Plum and Jumpin Jade.  I told you I was gonna buy these.  I can't resist the colours!  I'm still gonna buy Brisk Blue and Blue Blaze, as well, one of these days...  I can't wait to try these!  UP is a dark plummy purple with purple and gold glitter, and JJ is a deep shimmery forest green.  These will look awesome on my shorties  :)

Here's a short story (pardon the pun, ugh) - my nails are super-ultra-mega-hyper-uber short right now, as well as my cuticles trashed... why, you ask?  Cuz I went on a long, hairy camping trip this past weekend  :p  Why am I going camping at this time of year, when it's still cold and rainy in Vancouver and so NOT camping weather yet?  Well, originally it was my friend's idea for his birthday celebration, but then he had to go away for work, but my friends are all hardy Canadian idiot boys so they still wanted to go, so we did.  We were gone for four days, and although I did make an attempt at a mani that would stay on for the duration (Orly Luxe topped with three or four coats of ChG Medallion), it peeled off within a few hours of me arriving there  :(  I then proceeded to repeatedly wash my hands and then get them dirty again, manage to break, tear or rip off every one of my nails (even though they weren't even that long), and completely suck all the moisture out of my cuticles and hands doing routine camping things.  Camping is so fun, and I love it, and if you looked at the Facebook pictures you could tell we had a blast, but I must admit a tiny part of me was mourning my nails all weekend and cringing at the sight of them nekkid and broken and looking forward to getting home just so I could start repairing the damage and give them some TLC.  I'm such a lame ass :p

Man, I'm so glad that no one that knows me in real life reads my blog.  My friends would all think I was certifiably nuts  :p

Anyway, I still have more haul to show you!  (Insert eye roll here)

It's coming up soon, as soon as I have the patience to wait ten thousand years for Blogger to upload the photos  :p  Soon!  I promise!

Lots Of Random Swatches

Hello.  I have a backlog of NOTD's that I've been meaning to show you, but I've been too busy posting about hauls  :p  Nonetheless, I'm trying to watch a movie right now and I'm half paying attention, so my descriptions may suck a little.  Let's get on with it, shall we?

Okay, I apologize and don't blame you if you're offended by the serious frazzle.  I had major chipping issues with this (this is after 24 hours wear) but the colour's so pretty I don't even care.  This is Maybelline Sweetie Pie.  This was recieved in a swap from ohhdonny, along with Goody Plum Drop  :)  This is absolutely gorgeous.  I love it.  I might even like it more than Minty.  Sky blue creme, not quite light enough to be powder blue.  This has gotta go on my toes.

This is LA Girls Rockstar.  I threw this on at the last second - there's no topcoat in this pic.  Or the next.  Actually, the application on all these pics is absolutely horrible - I'm sorry  :(  But you can get an idea of the colour, at least.  This is a dark dark purple with gold microglitter, but in most lights it just looks black.  This is in direct sunlight and it still just looks black.  Perhaps some Seche would help, or maybe it just needs a glitter topcoat.  Or maybe I was just spoiled by OPI DS Mystery - I don't know.

This is LA Girls Punk.  Oh God, I love this.  Blue with blue and purple microglitter.  I was trying to capture the purple shimmer....

Can you see it?  Ignore the creepy reflection.

Okay, next we have OPI Blue Moon Lagoon.  I don't know if this is particularly HTF, but I do know they charge way too much for it on ebay.  I got this off of a lady on Craigslist, in a big lot of random OPIs for $40 (which I was very happy about  :) - go figure  :p  Oh wait, I think I told you that already.  Anyway, this is a blue shimmery holo with a slight seafoam tint to it.  I don't think I need to describe how gorgeous this is.  I only wore it for a few hours, cuz I smudged it when I was out and couldn't stand looking at a less-than-perfect mani of this.  I couldn't stop staring at my hands while I was driving.  This polish is potentially hazardous  :p

Next, we have what I have on right now :) Color Club Wham! Pow! This is an appropriate name, since that's pretty much what this colour does to your eyeballs. This is actually a bright bright medium neon orange, like the colour of a pylon or a safety vest. Of course my crummy camera isn't picking up how BRIGHT this is...

Like I said, it's the exact colour of a pylon:
That's almost exactly what the colour looks like - much, much more neon and slightly more red-tinted in real life than its appearing here.....

See? The colour's so loud it woke up Sid :)

Anyway, enough bad puns.  Was that even a pun?  Moving on....

A really crappy no-topcoat picture of Icing Laura's Fave.  This is a pretty turquoise with blue and purple shimmer.  Which of course I could not pick up at all.  It looks so flat and dull here but the subtle shimmer effect is very pretty IRL.  Another Icing must-have, IMO.

Next, this is Sally Hansen CSM Thinking Of Blue.  Gorgeous, gorgeous deep blue creme.  Buttery application.  Great wear.  This is one of the SH CSMs you should pick up, along with Fairy Teal and Gray By Gray.  If you like blues, that is.  Which I do.  A lot.

Next, some flakie action!  I don't know if I showed you this already, but here's Nfu-Oh 52 over SH Thinking Of Blue.  There's not a whole lot I can say about this that hasn't been said, so I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves:
:Q....... (wipes mouth.)  Next....

Some sparklies!  This is China Glaze Moulin Rouge with a coat of Cleopatra overtop.

See how the glitter reflects different colours?  I love these China Glaze glitters, especially Cleopatra and Medallion so far.  Moulin Rouge by itself is pretty, a jelly cherry-red that looks more pinkish unless you really pile on the layers, but it just wasn't blingy enough for me that day.

Next, this is Zoya Zara.  This is a gorgeous lilac with very noticeable gold shimmer, but I just hated the way it looked on me...
Natural light.
Flash.  And you guys know I'm not one to shun a polish just because it isn't particularly flattering on me.  I usually don't care what it looks like on me - as long as the polish itself is pretty, I'll wear it.  But this looked gross and too pale on me.  You're probably wondering wth I'm talking about, cuz it does look okay in these pics, but irl it was icky... I don't know if I care though - this polish really is gorgeous.  I'll proabably keep it anyway - I can see myself really regretting swapping it...

And last, we have the pink polish from the unnamed Claire's mini shimmers set.  In case you forgot, this is what the set looked like:
Pardon the flash reflection.  This is the pink one, fourth from the left, that I'm wearing here:

I really loved this polish, and it gave me high hopes for the whole set.  This is an almost metallic pink, with tiny bits of.... silver shimmer?  Glass fleck?  I can't tell... it's not quite glitter and not quite shimmer, and like I said, it gives it an almost metallic effect.  This polish is very, very shimmery and glowy.  It glows on your nails.  I don't know if it's this finish or the colour that made my hands look so good, but this seemed to look really good on me... or so I thought, anyway.  I can't wait to try the blue one next.

Okay, so that's all for right now.  I will do a seperate post on my Easter mani coming up.... as well as my BS haul from yesterday  :p  Yes, I made one last haul... and now I'm on a serious low-buy until after my TD order and backed-up Zoya order arrive.  I have sooooo many polishes to play with.  I need to do something other than haul posts for a while - that's all this blog has turned into, hauls and random backlogged NOTDs  :p  Maybe I'll do a comparison post, or a collection post, or show you my stash, or maybe I'll actually sit down and (gasp!) swatch for once.  I don't know.  I'll try.  But next up, one last haul and my late Easter mani  :)  See you then.
