NOTD: Essie Turquoise & Caicos

Ahhh!  I have to throw this up here really quick (that sounds bulemic, lol) because I just realized it's Mother's Day tomorrow and I need to get my mum something!  Must fly to the mall before it closes!  I don't think she wants more nail polish... :)  But I might put together a little basket for her - she likes interesting reds, and cobalt blue, and plum.  I'm thinking Yoga-ta Get This Blue, Ruby Pumps and maybe Orly Plum Noir...?

Anyway, real quick, here's what I'm wearing right now:
Essie Turquoise & Caicos.  I got this the other day - which I'm gonna talk about in part 3 of my haul post, coming up soon.  This is a medium bright turquoise (duh).  It looks slightly For Audrey-esque, but not quite as blue.  I absolutely love it.  It's such a bright, summery, fresh, "right-now" kind of colour!  So awesome for this time of year.
Sorry about my cuticles.  They've been brutal lately.  I must pick up some Lush Lemony Flutter - I've been meaning to try it, but I hate going into that store because it smells like medicinal soap.  I'm probably the only person in the world that thinks that, but I do.  Plus, Lush is so overpriced.  Kind of like this Essie  :p  I'll forgive Essie though, because they usually apply and wear so well on me.  This is definitely automatically going into my top ten Essie colours list.  Well, top ten that I own, anyway :p

Kay, I gotta go to the mall now.  And I know I just said Essies wear well, but this is day three and I got a chip a few hours ago while I was playing Frisbee golf, and I'm not going to the mall with chipped nails, so I gotta throw on something quick and then go.  I'm wearing a white, denim blue and peach flowered tank top, so I'm thinking something mint...?  Maybe green?

  3. I have both For Audrey and this. I thought they looked similar too, until I got Turquoise & Caicos. For Audrey is alot creamier. I think Turquoise & Caicos is like a cross between a creme and a jelly finish. They're BOTH to die for though. When I first put on Turquoise & Caicos, SWOONED!
